Care for Elderly Woman

Our 92 year old grandmother is no longer able to be by herself but does not want to leave the house she’s lived in since 1958. As a compromise, we are trying to find 24/7 companionship. She would also need help with mobility and daily tasks. Mentally, she is very pleasant, without any signs of dementia, and enjoys playing cards. She can walk with a walker, but would need assistance transferring to/from chairs/bed. She will also need assistance getting ready in the morning and with food preparation. As she needs care 24/7, hours and rate are negotiable and can be part time or full time. She does require her blood pressure to be checked twice daily and may require prompting to remember her medications.
