Job Summary

 

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead Military & Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial market segments in all of India region. The individual needs to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This role requires a visionary leader with deep experience in sales strategy, working with cross functional teams, and customer relationship development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans on assigned accounts and market segment in India region to achieve company goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and customers.
  • Focus on demand creation.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as need
  • Collaborate with marketing, product teams and distribution channels.
  • Manage demand - supply.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts , performance reports to leadership 

 

Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included):   

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or related field (master's preferred) with 15 yrs. of experience.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or a similar role within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Understanding of timing solutions / components will be added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
