Siteworks USA is looking for an experienced Dump Truck Driver with heavy equipment hauling and loading experience to join our growing team. This is NOT an entry-level driving position — we are looking for someone who understands construction operations, can safely operate around active job sites, and can independently load, secure, transport, and offload heavy equipment without site assistance.

Position Responsibilities
· Safely operate dump trucks and equipment transport combinations
· Independently load, unload, secure, and transport heavy equipment
· Haul aggregates, dirt, rock, pipe, equipment, and construction materials to and from job sites
· Properly secure all equipment and loads in compliance with DOT regulations
· Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and trailers
· Communicate clearly with dispatch, foremen, and field crews throughout the day
· Operate safely around active excavation and construction sites
· Maintain clean, organized, and well-maintained equipment
· Assist field crews and operations as needed
· Represent Siteworks USA professionally on all job sites and public roadways
Required Qualifications
· Valid Class A CDL with current medical card
· Minimum 5 years of dump truck and equipment moving driving experience REQUIRED
· MUST have proven experience loading, unloading, securing, and transporting heavy equipment
· MUST be able to self-load and self-offload equipment without site assistance
· Strong understanding of excavation and civil construction operations
· Experience operating around active construction job sites
· Knowledge of DOT regulations, load securement, and equipment safety
· Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch and field operations
· Reliable, punctual, safety-minded, and team-oriented
· Clean driving record preferred
· Must be able to work throughout Snohomish County and surrounding areas
· Must pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in required DOT consortium/random drug testing
