Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Project Estimator/Project Manager located in Christiansburg VA. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for projects by gathering and analyzing data. Daily tasks include researching potential projects, securing ITB, reviewing project plans, performing cost analyses, managing budgets, and communicating with clients and team members to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Experience in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
- Strong Communication skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in estimating software required (Bluebeam)
