Operations Specialist with Electrical Background

Sitewide Project Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist with a strong electrical background to join our growing operations team in Clarksville, Arkansas. This position is designed for an experienced electrical professional who can apply their field knowledge to estimating, bidding, project development, customer communication, and the overall support of our electrical operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical work and construction, along with the ability to review project requirements, evaluate scope, determine labor and material needs, and develop accurate bids and proposals for new work. This individual will work closely with customers, project teams, and internal operations to help move projects from opportunity through successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate bids, estimates, and proposals for new electrical work.
• Review project plans, specifications, scope of work, and other project requirements to determine the resources necessary for successful completion.
• Evaluate labor, materials, equipment, and other project requirements when preparing estimates.
• Communicate project scope, estimating details, and proposal information clearly and professionally with customers and project teams.
• Assist with project development and identify opportunities for the growth of the company’s electrical operations.
• Support day to day operational activities related to electrical projects.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, project teams, and other business partners.
• Represent Sitewide Project Solutions professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong hands on electrical experience with a solid understanding of electrical construction and field operations.
• Previous experience developing electrical bids, estimates, or proposals.
• Ability to read and understand project plans, specifications, and scope of work.
• Ability to accurately evaluate labor and material requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with customers and project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Electrician preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in electrical estimating, project development, construction operations, or a related role is highly valued.

Position Overview

This is an opportunity for an experienced electrical professional to transition their field knowledge into a broader operations role and play an important part in the estimating, bidding, project development, and growth of Sitewide Project Solutions’ electrical operations.

The position is based in our Clarksville, Arkansas office and will work closely with company leadership, customers, and project teams.
