Regional Sales Manager
Hybrid | Full-time | Competitive base uncapped commission | OTE $250,000
About the role. This is a pure Hunter role - you'll be building pipeline from scratch, displacing legacy security systems, and closing new business with general contractors, developers, and security integrators.
What you'll do
- Aggressively prospect and close new B2B accounts across your territory
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Demo SiteStream's mobile, cloud-based surveillance units on-site and virtually
- Represent the brand at trade shows and networking events
- Collaborate with ops and technical teams for seamless client deployments
What we're looking for
- Proven new business hunter in a competitive B2B environment (not an AM role)
- Background in physical security, CCTV, remote monitoring, or construction-tech preferred
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Self-starter who can own and manage a remote territory independently
