Daily duties will include:
• Hanging light fixtures/ballasts
• Operating/spotting scissor and boom lifts on site
• Assisting in troubleshooting electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, and motors
• Helping to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems such as electrical panels and lighting
• Inspecting electrical units for loose connections or other defects
• Tracing short circuits using testing meters
• Running/bending conduit & branch wiring
• Other duties as required
What we are looking for:
• A Journeyman Electrician or Electrician Apprentice
• Commercial or industrial electrician experience is required
• Knowledge of all color codes
• The ability to construct controllers and panels using power drills, drill presses, taps, saws, and punches
• Possession of all basic PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, boots, work gloves) and hand tools
• Reliable transportation that will get you to and from the site
