Full-time contract to hire on a large-scale commercial data center project

What You’ll Do
- Support onsite safety oversight for crews and subcontractors
- Verify and maintain safety certifications for field personnel
- Coordinate toolbox talks and training documentation
- Review and process safe work permits
- Collect and upload daily, weekly, and monthly safety documents
- Perform regular jobsite walkthroughs and equipment inspections
- Monitor equipment repair and abatement actions
- Enforce safety policies and escalate violations when necessary
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and track corrective actions
- Support coordination with client EHS to prevent environmental permit issues
- Track and document waste disposal and recycling efforts
What You’ll Bring
- 7 years of commercial construction safety experience, ideally electrical
- CHST and OSHA 500 required
- Experience with large-scale builds, such as data centers, preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety programs, documentation, and compliance
- Willingness to support multiple project sites when needed
- Confident working onsite with field teams and subcontractors
