Position Overview
Accounts Receivable - carry out the daily and monthly responsibilities for managing, tracking and collecting amounts owed to the company, including processing payments, addressing customer inquiries and communicating with customers on past due amounts.
Significant duties include:
- Payment processing and reconciliation.
- Track, research and reconcile NSFs, etc.
- Customer service response to inquiries regarding invoices, monthly statements and billing issues.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports.
- Monitoring outstanding balances and identifying overdue accounts.
- Contacting customers to resolve payment issues and collecting outstanding amounts.
- Issuing monthly customer statements.
Reporting and Analysis – ensure the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounts receivable accounting data as well as assistance with project work and ad-hoc accounting related tasks as necessary. Assist with audits and other financial related activities.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts receivable/accounting role.
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains and SalesPad a plus.
- Office 365, particularly Microsoft Excel required.
