Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced creative operations manager that would lead a team responsible for the management and optimization of tools, systems, process and resources required to support a large, multi-brand marketing organization. This role will oversee the day-to-day scheduling and project management of internally and externally sourced creative projects including Promotional, Merchandising, Event, Media, Sponsorship, Social, Content and Email campaigns. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the assessment and optimization of the process, systems and tools needed to support the marketing department including project management software, print-on-demand platforms, digital asset management platforms, coupon creation software and more.
Objectives of this Role
- Oversee day-to-day project management of hundreds of campaigns and tactics across all marketing channels
- Manage and schedule workload for internal and external creative resources including internal agency, external agencies and freelance resources
- Manage print production associated with internal campaigns including job estimation, fulfillment and billing. Estimate 10-15% workload
- Manage print on demand storefront and inventory
- Responsible for the management, organization and utilization of a DAM across the organization
- Support coupon creation process and help-desk

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10 – 15 years project management, traffic, production, creative services experience in an agency or in-house marketing department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smart sheet and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Proficiency in project management software such as Lytho or Reich preferred
- PMP preferred but not required
- Agency experience preferred
- Print Production experience requiredT
