Position Overview
This position serves as a technical subject matter expert within the HR department for our various HCM systems as well as our intersecting IT platforms. This position must also be capable of producing world-class reporting for our business leaders including our C-suite.
What you’ll do:
- Independently manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business and compliance report calendar deliverables
- Subject matter expert on data management including mapping, interfaces, and data integrity best practices
- Liaison with third parties and other key business stakeholders to ensure all interfaces are functioning appropriately according to automated schedules
- Proactively partner with key business stakeholders to assist with process improvement and automation
- Responsible for the design, creation, maintenance, enhancement and distribution of custom reports and dashboards
- Provide support for annual compensation cycle
- Responsible for the design, creation, maintenance, enhancement and distribution of business process documentation
- Provide system security administration for various HRIS platforms

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experfield
- 5-7 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, file transfer protocol and BI software
- Workday experience in general and specifically integration experience with Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- XSLT working knowledge
- Workday benefit module knowledge and reporting capabilities preferred
- Workday Pro integrations certificate preferred
