Branch Support Specialist

The Branch Support Specialist will assist with the coordination and execution of key area or regional projects in support of the branch teams.  This role will work alongside branch and area leaders to enable key marketing, operational programs, merchandising and store logistics initiatives as defined by local leadership. 

What you’ll do:

• Support, train and coach branches on key operational initiatives such as MobilePro, DispatchTrack and SiteOne.com
• Support merchandising projects and store promotional signage/events and work with Branch Managers on branch improvements such as displays and signage
• Help to support local marketing campaigns and customer relations and work with vendors on local promotional materials
• Could be involved in design and set up of new stores
• Help drive execution of safety initiatives
• Help to support local area changes for improvements as identified by managers and leadership
• Facilitate other key projects as assigned. Projects may include, but are not limited to: community philanthropic initiatives, customer appreciation initiatives, and Early Talent programs (i.e., Career Days and Internship Programs)

Starting salary: $62,000

• 1 to 3 years of customer service or store support experience
• 1 to 3 years knowledge of retail/wholesale store operations
• Demonstrated communication, organization, and time management skills
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Nursery, Irrigation, or Landscape experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
