What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Leader- OH position at SITEMETRIC LLC?
Sitemetric seeks a bar-raising Regional Leader (RL) to provide operational and leadership support across multiple Sitemetric projects within the region of focus. In this role, you will ensure successful launch of new sites, targeted support for underperforming sites/projects, stability for smaller projects, and smooth transition of project-related leadership. In this way you will serve as a key bridge between site leadership (Site Logistics Leaders, Shift Leaders, and ACOs) and the Regional Director, promoting consistent performance, operational alignment, and professional development across all active projects.
We are looking for a Regional Leader—ideally who has already proven themselves as a Sitemetric SLL or in a similar capacity at an outside business—who takes pride in serving a critical role in construction and shows up each day with a positive attitude and desire to have impact with a market-leading business. If you are a self-starting, customer-focused team player who wants to be part of a fast-growing, innovative company that’s changing how the construction industry operates, you will flourish with Sitemetric.
About Sitemetric
At Sitemetric, we turn technology into services that transform how the world is built.
This enables our customers to lead the change in critical areas of construction operations: workforce, safety, security, reporting, communications, logistics, and more.
We work closely with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers to customize offerings to their needs, including digital onboarding, smart badging, real-time location systems, messaging and mass texting, integrated turnstiles, real-time reporting, emergency mustering, and more.
We currently serve as trusted partner to a growing number of the US’s largest, most forward-looking owners and contractors, working with them to ensure what we offer meets their evolving needs, with thousands of companies and workers already on the Sitemetric platform. Together, we are leading the change in how the world is built.
About the Role
As Regional Leader, you will provide operational and leadership support across multiple Sitemetric projects within the region of focus. More specifically, the RL ensures successful launch of new sites, targeted support for underperforming sites/projects, stability for smaller projects, and smooth transition of project-related leadership. The RL serves as a bridge between site leadership (SLLs, Shift Leaders, and ACOs) and the Regional Director, promoting consistent performance, operational alignment, and professional development across all active projects.

- Executing and leading new project startups
- Providing coverage and structure for underperforming or transitioning sites
- Supporting the development, mentoring, and alignment of site leadership teams
