Job Description
As Inventory & Badge Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for performing the day-to-day tasks of badge assembly, PPE/uniform handling, and general inventory maintenance. This role ensures badges, apparel, and safety gear are properly prepared, stored, and distributed according to company standards and established SOPs. Associates play a critical role in supporting accurate recordkeeping, product quality, and workflow completion.
In the bigger picture, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and delivering the highest-quality service across construction environments that are continually changing, dynamic, and uncertain. This requires an obsessive commitment to understanding customers' and colleagues’ values, immediate and evolving needs, and preferences, to enable them to maximize success on each project and across their broader project portfolio and enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
This position involves key responsibilities in the following areas.
Badge Assembly & Quality Control
- Follow SOP procedures for activating, stamping, labeling, and assembling BLE badges.
- Insert badges into protective sleeves, apply stickers, and attach carabiners/reels as instructed.
- Bundle assembled badges into sets and store them in anti-static bags with proper labeling.
- Inspect badges during assembly to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Report defective components or issues immediately to Shift Lead.
PPE & Uniform Handling
- Receive and count apparel and PPE upon arrival.
- Verify company branding and confirm sizes and logos are correct before storage.
- Assemble PPE as needed, including attaching glasses to helmets and clips to vests.
- Store unused PPE/uniforms in designated inventory areas until requested.
- Package and prepare PPE/uniform requests for delivery, ensuring items match workflow lists.
Inventory Care & Maintenance
- Conduct daily counts of PPE, apparel, and supplies as assigned.
- Record counts in designated tracking log.
- Store items in proper conditions (e.g., sealed containers, dust-free environments).
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in storage and assembly areas.
- Dispose of defective or expired items following company guidelines.
Communication & Reporting
- Notify Shift Lead when requests are completed and ready for delivery.
- Provide accurate item lists for each completed workflow.
- Report shortages, inconsistencies, or damages immediately.
Performance Expectations
You will be expected to:
- Complete badge assemblies and PPE requests accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate counts and logs for all assigned inventory tasks.
- Follow storage, cleanliness, and safety protocols at all times.
- Actively support Shift Lead and team to meet daily workflow requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in inventory handling, assembly, or warehouse work preferred (not
- required).
- Knowledge of PPE types (especially construction-related) and their functions (training provided).
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable team player with good communication skills.
Work Environment
- Facility-based role requiring regular standing, walking, and handling of materials.
- May involve moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- PPE required in designated warehouse and assembly areas.

Additional Information
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and jobsite upon which work is being performed, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience.
Weekend Shift Part-Time
7am - 3pm Saturday and/or Sunday
