What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Product Marketing position at SITEMETRIC LLC?

We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to build and scale the product marketing function at Sitemetric. This role will shape how we position our scalable workforce intelligence, access control, and site security solutions to general contractors, project owners, and enterprise stakeholders in the construction industry. You will set product positioning, pricing, define messaging, and develop compelling GTM enablement and marketing programs that communicate clear ROI and differentiation.

The ideal candidate brings experience launching B2B SaaS products, construction vertical product marketing expertise, and a proven ability to align product, sales, and marketing efforts to accelerate growth. This is a highly visible role that requires strategic thinking, tactical execution, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About Sitemetric

At Sitemetric, we turn technology into services that transform how the world is built.

This enables our customers to lead the change in critical areas of construction operations: workforce, safety, security, reporting, communications, logistics, and more.

We work closely with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers to customize offerings to their needs, including digital onboarding, smart badging, real-time location systems, messaging and mass texting, integrated turnstiles, real-time reporting, emergency mustering, and more.

We currently serve as trusted partner to a growing number of the US’s largest, most forward-looking owners and contractors, working with them to ensure what we offer meets their evolving needs, with thousands of companies and workers already on the Sitemetric platform. Together, we are leading the change in how the world is built.

About the Role

As Sitemetric’s Director of Product Marketing, you will define how we position, price, message, and bring our integrated access control and security solutions to market in the construction industry. You’ll craft compelling stories that resonate with general contractors, owners, and enterprise stakeholders—translating complex features into clear, benefit-driven value propositions. From competitive analysis and sales enablement to product launches and customer adoption campaigns, you’ll be the architect of how we communicate our value and win in the market. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives in dynamic, growth-stage environments and is motivated by shaping a market category.

  • Partner with Product Management to prioritize new market opportunities and define solution roadmaps based on customer, market and industry insights.

Sales, Marketing & Customer Success Enablement

  • Oversee the creation of product-related content, such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blog posts. Ensure that all content aligns with the product messaging and is targeted to the right audience.
  • Train sellers on customer pain points, buyer journeys, and messaging frameworks to increase confidence and close rates.
  • Equip Sales, Marketing, and CS with compelling sales presentation materials including first call decks, video case studies, testimonials, competitive battlecards, and ROI calculators

  • Own and execute product and feature launches from pre-launch anticipation to post-launch momentum—delivering campaigns that generate buzz, drive adoption, and solidify market leadership.
  • Design and implement innovative go-to-market (GTM) plans tailored to key ICPs and personas, ensuring maximum market penetration and measurable impact.
  • Serve as program manager for launches, overseeing positioning, content creation, promotional tactics, and campaign execution.
  • Assess launch performance and user adoption, reporting results and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

An ideal candidate has;

  • You are a highly motivated self-starter who prides themselves on having a growth mindset
  • You have tenacity that turns problems into opportunities without getting discouraged after a setback
  • You are a problem-solver at heart—you seek to understand others’ business problems and identify the best possible solutions to improve their business outcomes
