OverviewSitelogIQ is a world-class team making a large-scale impact on the efficiency and sustainability of the places we live, work, shop, and heal.SitelogIQ delivers turnkey solutions across energy efficiency: lighting upgrades, EV infrastructure, solar energy, and other facility improvement measures (FIMs) that transform built environments and breathe life into the sustainability, financial, and resiliency goals of real estate teams and corporations across the U.S. Our mission is to make buildings better while making it easy for our clients to accelerate their impact.Target Salary: $85,000-$115,000 depending on experience.Job SummaryThe Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the coordination and delivery of SitelogIQ’s Commercial Markets projects, with a focus on energy and infrastructure improvements including solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging stations, lighting retrofits, and other facility improvement measures (FIMs).This role supports project execution through all phases—from planning and procurement through construction and commissioning—ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, safety, and quality goals. Experience managing multi-trade projects over $2M and working under or as a General Contractor is preferred. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and leadership skills, combined with a passion for sustainable, high-performance building solutions.Project Manager Responsibilities:Review project estimates and preliminary designs to establish time frame/schedule, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projectCollaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authorityCoordinate activities of project to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budgetReview status reports prepared by project personnel and coordinate schedules or plans as requiredCoordinate with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problemsServe as the primary liaison for Sales Team, Project Engineer, Customers, Internal and External Resources, and Management regarding project related itemsEstablish safety plans and goalsCoordinate and document quotes and proposals with vendors. Procure equipment for projects and work with vendors and subcontractors to coordinate timely deliveries of equipment.Obtain, review, and approve subcontractor scopes of work and quotes. Work with internal team members to have contracts written and executed.Assist in equipment selection and manage the design and engineering of the project.Facilitate the processing of all DSA paperwork along with the project architect.Work with management on monthly budget management, project forecasting, project billing and collections.Utilize the financial system for forecasting, revenue projections and monthly billings.Assist in AR collectionsAdhere to the SitelogIQ Project Management Goals and ObjectivesGeneral Responsibilities: Organize logistics and travel to and from client sites throughout United States.Coordinate several contracts of varying sizes while maintaining customer expectations and working effectively and efficientlyCoordinates project activities with government regulatory agencies as neededPotential participation in association and industry events to learn, develop, and educate team membersCoordinate with internal operations team and external partners to provide consistent customer service and to provide feedback supporting continuous improvement of the programPrepare project reports for Management, clients, or othersAny other job duties assigned Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or relevant field experience. May be substituted for 2 years of experience.PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) strongly preferred.Safety-minded; familiarity with OSHA and general industry safety requirements, OSHA 30 Certification strongly preferredMinimum of 3 Years’ Experience as a Project ManagerAbility to read plans and specsFamiliarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.Ability to work with multiple discipline projectsTime management and organization skillsCustomer focused mentalityAbility to fulfill many roles as needed for the growth of the companyStrong written and oral communication skillsProficient and using MS Office Suite of products, including MS Project and Excel, as well as Web based and smartphone applicationsPositive – collaborative team playerSelf-Starter and capable of working remotely with minimal management in a flexible and changing work environment Work Environment and Physical Requirements:Office and field setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, phone, and keyboard. May regularly need to lift up to 40 lbs., unassisted. Regularly travel will be required for site supervision and completion of job duties. Will work under a variety of conditions and in various settings, depending on the type of job and client, including evenings and weekends. Able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40 pounds, and must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
