You'll shine in this role if you have a natural problem-solving ability and enjoy connecting with customers. In this position, you'll answer a variety of inbound customer inquiries in support of QuickBooks Online (accounting software). We'll train you to become an expert and you'll share your knowledge by teaching customers how to use the program to its fullest potential. You'll also offer support by troubleshooting technical issues in a fun team environment.
We provide all the training you will need to be successful. After our paid training we will then coach and develop your skills to be a Customer Service ROCK STAR.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

Must be in within 75 miles of Morristown, Tennessee
- At least 18 years old
- Have customer service or healthcare-related experience (Not required)
- A typing speed of at least 30 wpm
- Ability to troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills
