About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our janitorial services team. In this role, you’ll focus on generating new business through outbound calls and follow-ups, introducing our cleaning and facility services to potential clients. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has strong communication skills, and wants to grow their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound (cold) calls to businesses to introduce our janitorial and facility services
Identify potential client needs and schedule appointments for our sales or operations team
Follow up on warm leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects
Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment goals
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support overall growth
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
Excellent phone and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with business decision-makers
Organized and motivated with attention to detail
Basic computer and CRM skills
High school diploma or equivalent
