This role focuses on leading software development efforts from requirements through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring systems meet performance, interoperability, and cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain software requirements, designs, and specifications.

• Recommend enhancements to improve performance, sustainability, and security.

• Coordinate integration, testing, and technical exchanges with vendors and partner organizations.

• Lead code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and drive automated testing strategies.

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and secure coding standards.

• Participate in Agile/SAFe development processes and contribute to DevSecOps initiatives.

• Provide technical input for acquisition planning, documentation, and risk management.

Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related ABET-accredited field (or equivalent with significant software engineering experience).

• 8 years in software engineering, including requirements analysis, coding, integration, and testing.
