Program Integrator Level 1 – Program Support & Financial Coordination
We are seeking a Program Integrator Level 1 to support program operations through financial coordination, stakeholder communication, and administrative program support. This role is ideal for professionals who are comfortable working independently while supporting program leadership with funding tracking, reporting, and operational coordination.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support across program activities, including coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining financial visibility, and assisting with program documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Stakeholder Support
- Provide customer-facing support while operating independently within a program support environment.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and partners to provide updates on funding status and program activities.
- Prepare briefings and updates for program leadership regarding funding and operational support activities.
Financial Tracking & Coordination
- Track and manage funding associated with program activities, including expenses related to partner visits and external coordination.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting funding usage and reimbursement activities.
- Provide updates to stakeholders regarding funding status and reimbursement processing.
Visit & Partner Support
- Provide visit support for second- and third-party partners.
- Track and manage funding associated with visit expenses and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure visit-related financial documentation is properly recorded and processed.
Program Documentation & Process Improvement
- Assist with improving documentation processes related to financial tracking and reimbursements.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and briefing materials to support program operations and leadership decision-making.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize reporting tools and financial systems to gather program information and prepare updates for program leadership.
- Maintain program spreadsheets and financial tracking tools to support program execution.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience supporting program management, financial coordination, or operational program support.
- Experience providing customer or stakeholder support in a professional environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to brief stakeholders on program status and funding updates.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple coordination tasks.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or related discipline.
Substitutions:
PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level II certification plus additional experience may substitute for degree requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FACTS or similar financial management systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience supporting program operations or financial tracking activities
- Experience preparing reports or program briefings
