SiteWorker is looking for highly motivated individuals with 2–3 years of experience in the construction trade as a Project Foreman or similar position. The company specializes in commercial renovations, new office buildouts, pre-engineered steel buildings, and ground-up commercial structures. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret project plans, drawings, and sketches
- Oversee and manage daily project requirements
- Estimate time and materials; coordinate resources accordingly
- Schedule and supervise the workforce and subcontractors
- Coordinate work and communicate with the client as needed
- Ensure high-quality performance of all work
Prepare and submit daily log reports with photos and progress updates Approve crew timecards and track hours
- Identify and communicate change order requirements
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries
- Perform tasks as needed for the completion of the project
- Maintain job site safety and perform regular safety inspections
- Communicate with project supervisors to schedule workforce
- Lead by example with a positive attitude and safe work practices
- Use construction tools and equipment proficiently
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Coach and train team members in best practices and safety habits
- Conduct job site inspections and meet with code officials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications:
2–3 years’ experience as a Project Foreman or similar role in commercial construction Availability for regular 8–10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday
Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and terminology Experience managing construction sites and labor hours
- Familiarity with occupational hazards and safety measures
- Proficiency with project management software
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Highly detailed with excellent organizational skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a desire for continued learning
- Effective time management and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team leader
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
