Field Operations Manager – Construction Support Services
Location: South Carolina (Travel between job sites required)
Position Overview
Site to Shine is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple active construction job sites. This role is responsible for managing field personnel, ensuring consistent execution, and maintaining high standards across all locations.
This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role. You will be expected to be on-site regularly, actively managing crews and supporting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across multiple job sites (sites approximately 30 minutes apart)
- Travel daily between sites to ensure performance, coverage, and quality
- Manage field employees, including attendance, productivity, and performance
- Enforce performance standards through coaching, corrective action, and formal documentation
- Ensure all work meets company and client expectations
- Train and onboard new employees while reinforcing company standards
- Provide on-site support as needed to maintain workflow and coverage
- Communicate regularly with ownership regarding staffing, performance, and operational needs
- Maintain a consistent field presence to drive accountability and reliability
Requirements
- Experience in construction, jobsite operations, or field supervision
- Strong leadership and ability to manage personnel effectively
- Comfortable addressing performance issues directly and professionally
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites daily
- Ability to work in active construction environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple job sites or crews
- Experience in construction support or labor-based environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Additional Information
This role serves as the company’s primary field leader and on-site representative, ensuring that operations run smoothly and expectations are consistently met.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Experience:
- Supervising: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Rough Terrain Forklift Certification (Preferred)
- Scissor Lift Certification (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
