What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Superintendent position at Site Teams?
Quality Dining is currently hiring for a Construction Project Manager to work with our Tampa operations. This role will oversee construction projects related to our Burger King restaurants throughout Florida.
The qualified candidate should have current working knowledge of building construction processes and practices. They should have the ability to read blueprints and plans, and have experience running a construction site.
In addition, the qualified candidate should have:
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to tailor a message for crew, management, and outside vendors
A strong, dedicated work ethic, with a track record of operating with integrity
Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
The ability to oversee multiple construction projects at the same time
