Job Description:
- Clean returned products so they can be resold
- Document on paperwork how each product was dispositioned (scrapped, stocked, etc)
- Catch quality indicators (reported injuries, product defects, etc) based on customer written feedback
- Must be able to read English
- Help with unloading returned packages from trucks daily
- Must have attention to detail and be able to be on your feet all day
- Read return documents and process shoes being returned from customers.
- Determine crediting for customers within guidelines provided.
- Cross-train across all return functions.
- Daily cleaning of work area to maintain clean, orderly and safe environment.
- Unloading our inbound UPS trailer by hand -physical repetitive work
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Computer knowledge
- Speak, Read and Write English
- Forklift preferred not required
