Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

At SITE Staffing, your career is in SITE! We are growing our team and looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our fast-paced staffing firm. In this role, you’ll connect top skilled trades talent with leading employers across the Milwaukee area through contract-to-hire and direct placement opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, source, and identify qualified skilled trades candidates for client openings
• Conduct interviews and make independent hiring recommendations
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
• Coordinate offers, start dates, employee communication, and follow-up support
• Partner with management to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Create and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles based on client needs
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and career fairs
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Communicate job opportunities and client information clearly and professionally to candidates
• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and pre-employment processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support new employee orientation and onboarding activities
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, employees, and clients

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of education, recruiting experience, HR experience, or a combination of the two
• Previous staffing or recruiting experience preferred, especially in skilled trades or industrial environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and internet search skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after training
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
