Shift: 2nd, (2pm-10pm)
Pay: Up to $32/hr (Based on experience)
Are you a skilled press operator looking to take the next step in your printing career? We are currently seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our 2nd shift Flexographic Printing team. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment, offering competitive pay and advancement opportunities.
Job Duties:
- Set up and operate Flexographic printing presses for complex and simple jobs
- Adjust print impressions, ink viscosities, tension, temperatures, and more
- Match print to proofs and customer specifications using precision equipment
- Monitor production runs and perform QA checks throughout
- Lead and direct Press Assistants for smooth operation and changeovers
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
- Maintain accurate job paperwork and data entry
- Train junior operators and assist with new job setups
- Communicate effectively with management and across shifts
- Follow all safety protocols and cleanliness standards
