There is no fixed minimum number of in-office days; instead, attendance will be determined by project demands, meetings, and manager guidance. Any changes to your primary work location should follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook.   What you'll do We are seeking an experienced Web Designer to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, Core Solutions partners, developers, and internal teams to create visually stunning and functional websites. From initial consultation to final delivery, you will be instrumental in translating client needs into exceptional web designs. Your expertise in web design will be crucial in crafting high-fidelity mockups and bringing them to life. Consult with clients, Core Solutions partners, and Developers to assess needs and determine system requirements for websites  Prepare and deliver high-fidelity website mockups using Photoshop to be built by a developer  Design and build custom websites and themes with Elementor WordPress and Brizy builders  Gather, organize and add styled content entry to client websites  Partner with clients to design logos and fulfill digital, and print branding material  Collaborate with strategy teams to understand customer requirements and provide design support  Establish and maintain design timelines with all stakeholders  Validate website features and verify scope of work is completed on time and in budget  Integrate website with other internal products as necessary  Enable and communicate client access  Who you are Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience  3 years of website design or related experience  Portfolio of work with a range of creative projects  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Content Management Systems (CMS): Ekklesia 360, Elementor, WordPress, Brizy or other equivalent CMS; Microsoft Suite  Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Ability to work effectively and accurately within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment   Demonstrated ability to learn and understand basic office software applications  Excellent customer service skills Ability to organize work effectively Ability to work independently, strong work ethic and willingness to learn  Must be collaborative, creative, show design initiative and innovation and have a keen eye for detail and editorial/visual design care  Benefit offerings designed to promote a life of balance!     At Ministry Brands, we recognize that your career is just one important piece of your dynamic life.
