Field Operations Coordinator

Site Kleen is a growing post-construction cleaning company serving home builders across Parker County and surrounding areas. We’re hiring a hands-on Field Operations Coordinator to lead daily field operations, support cleaning crews, and ensure every home meets our quality standards. This is a field-based role—not a desk job. You’ll tow the company trailer to job sites, coordinate with contractors, inspect completed work, and serve as the link between the owner and field crews. Company shirts will be provided and must be worn while on job.

What You’ll Do

Pick up and tow the company trailer to job sites across the service area. Confirm crews, equipment, and supplies are ready each day. Work with contractors, build relationships, assign tasks, answer questions, and keep jobs on schedule. Inspect completed work, take before-and-after photos, and resolve quality issues before builder walkthroughs. Track supplies, maintain equipment, and report field concerns to the owner. Help with cleaning and power washing when needed to meet deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing people and addressing performance issues directly and professionally. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to pick up the 6x12 enclosed trailer. Ability to stand, walk, work in unfinished construction environments, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Early-morning availability and flexibility to drive to all of the job sites in our service area. Reliable, self-directed, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.

Preferred: Experience in construction, cleaning, or a related trade; familiarity with post-construction cleaning; Spanish-English bilingual ability is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
