Position Summary
Site Design, Inc is looking for an entry level landscape designer to join our
growing landscape team. Recent graduates are welcome to apply, previous internship experience
preferred but not required.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited
institution.
Experience
0-2 years
Responsibilities
- Research codes and ordinances relevant to project.
- Perform initial site investigation and analysis prior to design.
- Develop preliminary site plans for feasibility and municipal reviews.
- Prepare applications and supporting materials for rezoning, variance requests and other muncipal reviews.
- Develop code compliant planting plans and tree mitigation plans for permitting.
- Create irrigation plans.
- Perform on site tree inventories when required.
Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil 3D is preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiar with GIS mapping software
