We're on the lookout for recent graduates to join our South African Graduate Program within the Business Management function, initially for an 12-month period, with opportunity to become permanent.
Purpose
Your main tasks will involve supporting the contract activities of customer bids and the pre and post sales management of contracts initiatives, under supervision of the Senior Contract Manager, and ensuring the smooth operation of the contract management for our Communication and Data Exchange (CD&E) and Airports business units.

Responsibilities
- Supports the management of activities around the contract lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely completion of contractual tasks.
- Facilitates the daily operations and workflow of the commercial/contract team and facilitates logistics, such as meetings and reviews.
- Maintains master files and databases on bid responses, contract issues and renewals, ensuring resources are available to all team members.
- Review, understand and manage customer contract(s).
- Support the resolution of issues linked to contractual / process issues. Help identify, assess and manage contractual risk as part of the bid team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal or related fields
- Basic legal understanding is good to have but is not compulsory.
- Contract management (drafting, negotiating, risk assessment) background knowledge welcome.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
