Dog Boarding & Day Care Kennel Tech

Dog Boarding and Daycare Facility looking for a Full-Time/Part-Time Kennel Technician. Averaging 30-40 hours/week max. Experience preferred, but NOT required, will train the "right" team player. Prior animal experience is a plus.

Must be:

• A dog lover, willing to work hands on, patient, and willing to learn.
• Professional in appearance, punctual, and hard working.
• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and be on their feet for 9 hours a day.
• Have OPEN availability, weekends and holidays is a requirement.
• Able to work 7am - 7pm
• Have reliable transportation.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions well
• Able to work in loud environments and outside

Summary

As a Dog Boarding Kennel Tech, you will be essential in providing exceptional care and support for pets in our facility. Core skills in animal handling, pet care, and kennel experience will ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the dogs. Additionally, relevant skills in customer service and team work will contribute to a seamless operation and positive experience for pet owners. Duties include but not limited to:

Total care for the dogs during their stay with us.
Feeding, heavy duty cleaning, and managing dogs while playing during supervised play time.

Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
