YOUR NEW ROLE:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented Clinic Coordinator to join our busy and friendly team.

RESPOBSIBILITES:
- Create a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrive
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and ensure a seamless 5 star check-in/check-out experience
- Guide patients through their visit, coordinating effectively with injectors, and other team members
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and support the smooth day to day operations of the clinic
- Address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
- Handle a multi line phone system efficiently and courteously
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint of their journey
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a medical clinic, beauty, or wellness environment is preferred
- Familiarity with appointment booking systems is a plus (training provided if needed)
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Empathetic, sales driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Minimum of 2 years’ retail or customer facing experience
- Dependable, punctual, and highly reliable
- A collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
