TAX SENIOR

Sisterson & Co. LLP, a regional CPA firm located in Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring qualified candidates to join our tax team. We are seeking local and remote candidates to serve as our next Tax Senior.

Tax Seniors deliver quality tax services to clients of the firm. Seniors prepare individual, trusts, non-profit, and business tax returns, with some ability to train and advise staff level accountants or interns on interesting and complex engagements. As a senior you will utilize tax-related software to prepare tax returns.

You Will Succeed In This Role If You

• Enjoy the public accounting industry and want to continue advancing in your career
• Bring 2-3 years of tax return preparation experience (forms 1065, 1120, 1040, 990)
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA not required)
• Provide excellent technical and project management skills
• Are familiar with tax code, laws, and regulations
• Effectively communicate, both verbally and in written form
• Exhibit an advanced level of professionalism when representing the firm
