Sisters of Notre Dame are seeking a detail-oriented Mail Processing & Data Entry Specialist to support fundraising and financial operations. This role is responsible for processing incoming mail and accurately entering donor and gift information into Raiser’s Edge, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Open, sort, and process incoming mail daily
- Identify and handle donations and related correspondence
- Copy checks and documentation per procedures
- Enter, update, and maintain donor and gift records in Raiser’s Edge
- Code and batch gifts accurately
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Previous data entry experience required
- Raiser’s Edge experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong organization and time management skills
This position reports to the Database Manager and works collaboratively within the Mission Advancement team.
