What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Support all phases of the Dayforce implementation, from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, go-live, and stabilization
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendor teams to translate business needs into system requirements
- Assist with data migration, data validation, and reconciliation
- Participate in unit, integration, parallel, and user acceptance testing
- Develop project documentation, including process flows, test scripts, and user guides
- Support change management efforts, including training and end-user support
- Build initial reports and dashboards in Dayforce
- Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with data privacy standards
- Serve as an internal resource throughout implementation and post-launch optimization
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of HRIS experience (configuration, reporting, or system support)
- Experience with at least one major HRIS implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR data auditing and data accuracy practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong documentation and testing skills
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce
- Experience with HR functional processes, core HR, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, talent
- Exposure to data migration or integrations
- HR or project certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PMP, HRIP, Dayforce certifications)
