Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting
- Respond to resident needs and report changes to nursing staff
- Take vitals and assist with documentation
- Support medication administration under a nurse’s direction
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
- Encourage independence and meaningful engagement
- Valid CNA or STNA certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work every other weekend, night shift
- Experience with older adults preferred
