- Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, hallways, and service spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques
- Handle dry cleaning services for delicate or specialized garments as needed
- Ensure all laundry items are sorted correctly, tracked accurately, and stored securely to maintain quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and laundry facilities to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow established safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating machinery
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management when stock levels are low
- Prior experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred
- Knowledge of laundry procedures including washing, drying, ironing, and dry cleaning techniques
- Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Ability to operate laundry machines safely and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks within scheduled shifts
