What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative/Call Center position at Sisters Home Style Entrees?
This is a full-time position working in our Customer Service/Call Center Department. Attention to detail is critical for this position and efficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel as well as general data entry and computer experience is required. Training with company COMS computer system will be given and eventual efficiency is required. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized individual. Problem solving is a must as well as being a team player with strong communication skills. Duties include daily customer service-related responsibilities such as making and receiving calls, entering client data, processing orders and working with staff on client issues. Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, accuracy with numbers and codes, as well as COMS system. This is a full-time position working a 5 day work schedule from 9:00am until 5:00pm.
Duties include:
- Contacting new or return clients to set up delivery schedule, confirm address, and answer any questions they may have.
- Checking monthly eligibility for each client.
- Entering updated client authorizations.
- Answering phone calls in a friendly and prompt manner with the attempt to fully answer all client questions when at all possible. When necessary, to forward calls to the appropriate office personnel.
- A priority schedule should be determined immediately in the morning as well to allow maximum productivity for each employee in the call center.
