Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Nurse located in Atlanta, GA. Primary responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering treatments and medications, creating and implementing care plans, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves educating patients and their families, collaborating with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Registered Nurse will play a key role in ensuring exceptional patient care while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, administering medications, and wound care
- Knowledge of patient care planning, managing medical records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients, collaborate with teams, and provide compassionate care
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to respond effectively to patient needs and medical emergencies
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology
