Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor food quality and portion control to maintain consistent taste and presentation.
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for brewing culture and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
Salary : $12 - $16
