Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record to successfully to carry key HR duties such as:
- Recruiting Expertise: Finding, hiring, and onboarding top-tier employees.
- Compensation & Benefits: Handling payroll, PTO, insurance, and 401(k) retirement plans.
- Monitoring Attendance: Tracking and reporting time and attendance and enforcing related internal policies.
- Performance Management: Ensuring reviews are performed and accompanying documentation is completed and processed.
- Employee Relations: Resolving workplace conflicts and maintaining company culture.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforcing labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety.
- HR Data & Analytics: Tracking and recording HR statistics and metrics.
