What You'll Do
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to lead an SCM pillar to execute demand management initiatives within the SAP Supply Chain Management portfolio. As a Demand Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of demand initiatives.

Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. What You'll Do
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to lead an SCM pillar to execute demand management initiatives within the SAP Supply Chain Management portfolio. As a Demand Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of demand initiatives.
- Plan, develop, and execute demand generation campaigns for SAP SCM solutions, leveraging multiple channels such as digital marketing, events, webinars, and targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, and Customer Success Managers to identify market opportunities and tailor campaigns to specific customer segments and industries.
- Work with and support SCM campaigns and initiatives across the regional demand teams in SAP’s four global regions, EMEA, Americas, Middle and Eastern Europe, and APAC.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize initiatives to achieve pipeline and revenue goals. Provide regular updates and insights to leadership and cross-functional teams on campaign progress and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution of demand programs.
- Support the creation of campaign assets, including campaign strategy documents, collateral, industry templates, landing pages, and promotional materials as needed to run successful campaigns.
- 5 years of experience in demand management, campaign execution, or business development within the software or supply chain industry.
- Familiarity with SAP Supply Chain Management solutions and demand generation best practices.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, and Customer Success teams in a global working environment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for driving customer engagement and business growth.
- Understanding of standard data privacy and protection rules in B2B environments.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- 10% travel required.
