Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales professional role based in Little Rock, AR. The Sales professional will greet and engage clients, build trusting relationships, and provide personalized guidance on fine jewelry, diamonds, watches, and gifts. Daily responsibilities include actively listening to client needs, presenting product options, preparing quotes, and processing sales transactions with accuracy and integrity. The role also involves maintaining showroom displays, assisting with inventory checks, and ensuring merchandise is presented to brand standards. Additionally, the Sales professional will follow up with clients, support in-store events, collaborate with team members to meet individual and store sales goals, and uphold Sissy’s Log Cabin’s service and professionalism standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven sales, retail, or customer-facing experience, ideally in luxury goods, jewelry, or a related high-end environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, consultative client experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and professional presentation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions, documentation, and merchandise care.
- Ability to learn and convey product knowledge, including gemstones, metals, and designer brands (prior jewelry knowledge is a plus but not required).
- Comfort working toward individual and team sales goals, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism, including adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in sales, retail, or business are a plus.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software; willingness to learn internal systems and processes.
