The store co-manager will be responsible for the daily activities in order to offer a high quality of service and create excellent relationships with the customers, contribute to the professionalism of the team and to high-end treatments.
Shared Duties as a Co-Manager
- Work in collaboration with the store manager and split the tasks in the most efficient way.
- Coordinate the opening and closing of the boutique, ensure the boutique is organized, attractive, clean at all times including replenishment, sample drawers, stocking and rotation of stock.
- Strategy development and implementation: You will need to work in collaboration with your Regional Account Executive to explore new sales, partnership and communication opportunities to improve the overall business and increase the visibility of the Maison Sisley in the region.
- Driving sales and growth: You will receive sales goals and will have to develop strategies to achieve them. You will also need to monitor sales and adjust your strategies as needed to ensure that your team is meeting their targets.
- Planning and maintaining high standards: You will need to ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. You will also be responsible for implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the store meets high standards of quality and customer service.
Specialty Duties
- Developing partnerships and corporate orders: You will need to identify potential corporate partners and develop relationships with them to drive business growth.
- Responsible for networking in the community and development of external partnerships to increase awareness of the brand.

Qualifications:
- Management experience within customer service environment.
- Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication, problem solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills.
- Knowledge of skincare, hair care, makeup, and fragrance categories.
- Computer literacy encompassing strong familiarity with MS office and SAP.
- History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
- Available for a 40-hour work week, including weekends. Candidates must have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
