Setups Project Coordinator Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all contract and customer pricing components are entered and updated in accounting system consistently and accurately.
- Timely set up of new accounts and pricing.
- Assist with the calculation and reporting for all commissions to sales agents, employees, and other 3rd parties.
- Maintain positive relationships with sales agents and company management through email and phone correspondence to ensure price and commission amounts are correct.
- Work to coordinate efforts in researching, addressing, and resolving pricing and compensation disputes.
- Assist with recurring financial close, and aid with needed reporting and analysis.
- Working with team to achieve department goals and meet financial close deadlines.
- Help create new processes and organize flows to increase accuracy and timeliness.
- Head any projects and manage through to completion with the team.
- Update standard operating procedures as new implementations happen.
- All other duties as assigned.
