- Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs promptly.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs needed.
- Effectively communicate mechanical issues and repairs to Service Advisors.
- Document testing and repairs performed on work order.
- Perform multi point inspections with pictures and videos.
- Stay updated on new technical information and technologies through formal training sessions.
- 2 years of technician experience.
- Proficiency in new vehicle technologies.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient computer skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
