What you’ll do: You will learn to manage daily relationships with business partners, handling requests, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth collaboration aligned with business objectives. You will learn to prepare and oversee periodic updates on portfolio results and performance, supporting data driven decision making through continuous analysis. You will monitor compensation models and incentive plans, ensuring proper implementation and alignment with company objectives, with a particular focus on the P&L to identify business development and cost optimization opportunities. You will monitor and analyse retail partner performance through key KPIs, identifying areas for optimization and growth. You will collaborate with the Marketing, CVM, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize digital campaigns, landing pages, and partner specific initiatives. What you’ll bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence retail partners. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail, and to plan activities to achieve objectives. A proactive attitude and a problem-solving approach. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is a plus. Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
