Your role As a Loyalty performance and evolution trainee, you will be a member of the Customer Value Management team at Sisal Italy, reporting to the Loyalty Associate Manager. You will contribute for the evolution strategy, analysis and promotion of the loyalty program We Sisal on the online and retail channel. What you’ll do: Support to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends about the loyalty program We Sisal Collaborate to ideate e new features idea actionable to enhancement the loyalty customer experience e mechanics Monitor key metrics and transactional/behavioral customer base data to optimize the loyalty program, with the ability to interpret performance metrics Analyze campaign performance using KPI’s (e.g. ROI, incremental turnover) and support to provide actionable insights in order to optimize promotional spend and generosity Support to identify new loyalty promotional campaign and mechanics on the on line and retail channels What you’ll bring: You have a degree in Engineering/Economics/Marketing or a related field (preferred) Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics Excellent cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align diverse priorities. Effective communication, with fluency in both Italian and English, with the ability to interface confidently across teams and levels. Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
