What are the responsibilities and job description for the Troy Lineworker-PT position at SIRS INC?
Busy production facility is searching for a candidate that is looking for full-time employment. We offer a people friendly company, excellent work hours and team-based environment. This position is responsible for completion of production activities to meet customer specifications and volume requirements.
Candidate MUST Demonstrate
- Math Skills - Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division.
- Quality Consciousness
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and production efficiencies.
- Punctuality and measuring skills.
- Basic knowledge of small hand tools.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to use both hands to move quickly and grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
- Must be able to lift frequently up to 25lbs and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Continuous standing, lifting, bending, twisting, manual dexterity, flexibility, physical strength, multi-limb coordination.
- Must be able to perform repetitive work with accuracy.
- Must meet piece rate for the job, pay is dependent on meeting rate.
- Able to be exposed to temperature variations and noise.
**Candidate selected will be required to complete extensive criminal background checks and drug screening.**
