Key Responsibilities
We are look for a Growth Marketing Lead/Director to scale qualified pipeline generation across our SMB, Mid Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Pipeline Generation & ABM Strategy: Build and execute account-driven GTM strategies to generate qualified pipeline for large enterprise prospects with complex buying processes, while also maintaining pipeline generation from our SMB and Mid-Market segments
- Full-Funnel Optimization: Own end-to-end demand generation funnel from awareness to sales handoff, implementing analytics and optimization strategies to improve conversion rates at each stage
- Enterprise Campaign Management: Design and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid, web, outbound) specifically tailored for enterprise buyers and longer sales cycles
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with our Sales, SDR, and RevOps teams on account prioritization, lead routing, and opportunity development while reporting performance metrics to executive leadership
- 6-10 years of B2B demand generation experience with proven track record at high-growth SaaS companies (Seed-Series C preferred)
- Enterprise ABM Expertise: Deep experience with account-based marketing strategies, including account tiering, personalized campaigns, and sales-marketing alignment for large deal sizes
- Full-Stack Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience across demand gen channels including paid acquisition, email/lifecycle marketing, events, SEO, and website optimization
- Analytics & Attribution: Strong background in marketing analytics, full-funnel reporting, and ROI measurement with ability to present insights to executive leadership
- Martech Fluency: Experience with marketing tools and AI-powered solutions for demand generation, lead scoring, and campaign automation
- Scale Experience: Background scaling demand gen programs from early stage to significant pipeline volumes ($100M annually)
- High-Impact Role: Lead the transition to enterprise GTM and influence company trajectory during a pivotal growth phase
- Leadership Opportunity: Ground-floor opportunity to build and eventually lead a demand generation team as the company scales
- Executive Visibility: Have significant influence on company strategy and resource allocation in a high-visibility role
- This is a full-time role based in New York City. We are in-office Tues, Wed, and Thurs.
- We do not sponsor H1Bs.
- This role may be filled at one of three different levels, including Director level. Salary range: $185k-$215k.
- We use the most competitive benchmarks when determining the size of our equity grants.
